Lexus accidentally released an image of its upcoming compact car concept prematurely.

The above image was posted on the Japanese automaker’s European Twitter feed for a few moments before it was removed, but given how fast word spreads on the Internet, the Lexus LF-SA teaser now lives on.

The LF-SA is believed to be a compact city car that will be smaller than the current CT body, which means Lexus is strongly considering entering the compact luxury market and competing against the likes of the Audi A1.

In the past, Lexus was adamant that it didn’t have the need to compete in the segment, but would keep a close eye on it. It appears that the company likes what it sees and we could be seeing the brand’s first B-segment vehicle when it debuts at next month’s Geneva Motor Show.

Current rumors have the LF-SA heading to production in late 2017 for a global release in 2018 and would likely start under the $30,000 mark to compete with other entry-level luxury vehicles.
