Is the new Bentley SUV on the verge of being officially unveiled? This new teaser from the brand seems to be hinting at that possibility.

First seen as the EXP 9 F concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor show, the upcoming Bentley SUV will likely be a hit for the brand, offering an ultra-luxurious, high-riding vehicle in the same high-class mould as the brand’s Flying Spur. Expect it to be based on the same platform as the upcoming Audi Q7.

Likely hitting the road as a 2016 model, the Bentley SUV will debut with a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine. There are also rumors of a plug-in hybrid drivetrain to be introduced later, while the a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 will also be offered. Also expect the ultra-luxury truck to feature two rows of seating, with a third-row being an optional extra.
