Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster Rocks Pebble Beach

Aston Martin’s fastest accelerating convertible ever has made its debut at Pebble Beach.

The British automaker has officially revealed the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster boasting 565 hp and 457 lb-ft of torque from its 5.9-liter V12 powerplant. Mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission, the V12 Vantage S Roadster is capable of hitting 60 mph from a standstill in a mere 3.9 seconds while boasting a top speed of 201 mph. The convertible isn’t all that light however, tipping the scales at 3,847 lbs but carbon ceramic brakes ensure that it has the stopping power it needs.

There’s certainly plenty to admire on the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster, from its carbon fiber grille vanes to its lush interior, convertible lovers now have another option in today’s market when it comes to luxury performance.
