Mclaren just opened the doors to its first dedicated dealer in Canada, all part of a worldwide roll-out of new dealerships in cities like Geneva, Paris and London.

With the MP4-12C, Mclaren has a super car which when compared to the over $1 million price tag on the companies first offering, the F1, is mass-marketable with a starting price of $229,000.

While prestigious cities like Paris and London seem like the obvious choices for Mclaren dealerships, Canada actually lead the world in MP4-12C purchases in April of 2012. Since the cars starting selling in the great white north, 35 have been purchased in total. The dealership is owner and operated in partnership with Pfaff automotive.

Recently Mclaren made its e ntrance into the middle-east, with the next dealership prepping to open in Geneva in fall of 2012.

As a company of about 2400 people, Mclaren is growing fast with steady demand for its high-end products.
