Clearly, Lotus wants to rid itself of anything that has to do with former-CEO Dany Bahar. The British automaker is now selling Bahar’s custom 2002 Esprit V8.

You see, a run-of-the-mill Esprit V8 wasn’t good enough for Bahar. He had his own commissioned with a special interior consisting of leather and suede, and had the exterior repainted a fresh coat of pearl white. The engine and transmission were also rebuilt, while Bahar outfitted the front of the exotic with a set of AP brakes while the rear rocks Brembo pieces. Other changes include OZ wheels, a larger rear spoiler, unique tail lights, and a center-exit exhaust.

Nonetheless, it’s one of the coolest cars in history and Lotus will be auctioning it off through its dealers in England. It has 36,000 miles on the odometer, but has only garnered 1,000 since it had its engine and transmission rebuilt.
